First visit at Columbia View Dental for a new patient exam. After 41+ years at my previous dentist I was apprehensive about changing. But the 2hr drive to the city was getting too much and CVD is only 30min away. I was immediately impressed by the front office staff, the hygenist, and especially Dr. Cullen. Treatment was very prompt! Everyone was friendly, accomodating and professional. The office is immaculate, comfortable, and I observed very careful adherence to infection control procedures. The exam was thorough and the diagnosis matched my previous dentist precisely. Great practice!

Wow! I was on a river cruise and a crown came lose. The first dentist office I called was very rude and would not help. So I called Columbia View Dental and the staff could not be more pleasant and helpful! I was given an appointment at 8 am the next morning. (I could not find a taxi, so I walked most of the way up to their office from the riverfront. A very kind lady, Holly, gave me a ride for the last 1/2 mile.) When I walked in, the staff was very welcoming and got me back in no time! Dr Cullen was so nice. He cleaned up my crown and post and had me on my way in half an hour! One of his staff was kind enough to give me a ride back to the ship! I cannot say enough about this Office and their staff! If you are a local, you should make this the dentist of your choice!

My wife and I recently moved to The Dalles and our friends recommended Columbia View Dental when we mentioned we needed to find a local dentist. Our initial visits were scheduled for June, but one of my molars started causing me a lot of pain - so I called Columbia View Dental and told them what was happening. Even though they had never seen me before - they got me in really fast and diagnosed the issue (a broken root on the molar in question) and set me up with an oral surgeon to get it fixed. It's a super-clean office with spectacular views from the rooms and everyone I encountered in the office (Dr. Cullen, the staff, and the other patients) were really nice! Been having problems with the treatments I was getting with my long time dental provider. Many attemps made but nothing was helping. Had gone throught several scripts and various medications and finally after being made to feel like a pain medicine drug seeker got them to extract the tooth and was told only tylenol would be needed because mainly with all the prescriptions I was now flagged and on the radar. Still having a lot of pain later I called Dr. Cullens office explained the situation was given and appt within 24 hours and Dr Cullen and his office made me feel like a valued patient after just 1 visit

I got a crown replaced which most know is not an enjoyable experience. I have to say this was one of the best experiences I've had. All the staff were welcoming and said good morning. During the removal I had a warm blanket and I was able to get a beautiful crown replaced at the same appointment. While I waiting for the crown to be made I was brought to a quiet room that had an amazing massage chair. This occupied the wait time and was very relaxing. I highly recommend Dr. Cullen and the staff at Columbia View Dental!
I had a lot of anxiety about returning to the dentist and Wendy was so compassionate and gentle. She gave options to make the cleaning and exam as easy as possible and checked in every step of the way to make sure I was comfortable. I could not have asked for better service.
Having had past dental trauma, Dr. Cullen makes each visit extremely comfortable. He might not be able to avoid filling a cavity, but he walks you through each step so there are no surprises that could increase my anxiety. Not only does he have a joyful staff, he also makes an effort to find specialist in areas of interest within his field. Grade A!

Wow! As a person with a small mouth, I have endured years of unnecessary pain when having my teeth x rayed. They used a child's x-ray which for the first time did not pinch my gums..they also used a child's dam- which changed my whole experience in the dental chair! My trust has reached a new plateau. I had a crown that required replacement but the tooth had grown sensitive. Dr. Cullen was thorough in diagnosing the inflamed nerve and referred me to an endodontist before replacing the crown. He listens well to what you are experiencing and his staff were very attentive. My new crown feels great! Highly recommend Columbia View Dental.

First visit at Columbia View Dental for a new patient exam. After 41+ years at my previous dentist I was apprehensive about changing. But the 2hr drive to the city was getting too much and CVD is only 30min away. I was immediately impressed by the front office staff, the hygenist, and especially Dr. Cullen. Treatment was very prompt! Everyone was friendly, accomodating and professional. The office is immaculate, comfortable, and I observed very careful adherence to infection control procedures. The exam was thorough and the diagnosis matched my previous dentist precisely. Great practice!

Wow! I was on a river cruise and a crown came lose. The first dentist office I called was very rude and would not help. So I called Columbia View Dental and the staff could not be more pleasant and helpful! I was given an appointment at 8 am the next morning. (I could not find a taxi, so I walked most of the way up to their office from the riverfront. A very kind lady, Holly, gave me a ride for the last 1/2 mile.) When I walked in, the staff was very welcoming and got me back in no time! Dr Cullen was so nice. He cleaned up my crown and post and had me on my way in half an hour! One of his staff was kind enough to give me a ride back to the ship! I cannot say enough about this Office and their staff! If you are a local, you should make this the dentist of your choice!

My wife and I recently moved to The Dalles and our friends recommended Columbia View Dental when we mentioned we needed to find a local dentist. Our initial visits were scheduled for June, but one of my molars started causing me a lot of pain - so I called Columbia View Dental and told them what was happening. Even though they had never seen me before - they got me in really fast and diagnosed the issue (a broken root on the molar in question) and set me up with an oral surgeon to get it fixed. It's a super-clean office with spectacular views from the rooms and everyone I encountered in the office (Dr. Cullen, the staff, and the other patients) were really nice! Been having problems with the treatments I was getting with my long time dental provider. Many attemps made but nothing was helping. Had gone throught several scripts and various medications and finally after being made to feel like a pain medicine drug seeker got them to extract the tooth and was told only tylenol would be needed because mainly with all the prescriptions I was now flagged and on the radar. Still having a lot of pain later I called Dr. Cullens office explained the situation was given and appt within 24 hours and Dr Cullen and his office made me feel like a valued patient after just 1 visit

I got a crown replaced which most know is not an enjoyable experience. I have to say this was one of the best experiences I've had. All the staff were welcoming and said good morning. During the removal I had a warm blanket and I was able to get a beautiful crown replaced at the same appointment. While I waiting for the crown to be made I was brought to a quiet room that had an amazing massage chair. This occupied the wait time and was very relaxing. I highly recommend Dr. Cullen and the staff at Columbia View Dental!

He might not be able to avoid filling a cavity, but he walks you through each step so there are no surprises that could increase my anxiety. Wow! As a person with a small mouth, I have endured years of unnecessary pain when having my teeth x rayed. They used a child's x-ray which for the first time did not pinch my gums..they also used a child's dam- which changed my whole experience in the dental chair! My trust has reached a new plateau. I had a crown that required replacement but the tooth had grown sensitive. Dr. Cullen was thorough in diagnosing the inflamed nerve and referred me to an endodontist before replacing the crown. He listens well to what you are experiencing and his staff were very attentive. My new crown feels great! Highly recommend Columbia View Dental.

On Oct. 23rd I had an appointment to get my teeth cleaned and I was nervous, almost didn’t make it. I’m glad I went cause Chelsea was amazing from start to finish. First time I had a cleaning that didn’t hurt! Yay! Thanx Chelsea! I’ll be back!

This is a very professional dental office. No sitting around waiting for appointments. Office is clean, staff is professional and friendly. Staff all have good attitudes and make patient a priority. Dr. Cullen loves what he does and it shows in his care.

I had my first cleaning today with Chelsea she had a big job to tackle but it was amazing. I didn’t know what to expect but Chelsea explained things in a helpful way and eased any anxiety. Her technique was efficient, painless, comfortable, and she was a joy to be around. Chelsea is an asset to your practice and I have already recommended her to several friends and family. Thank you Chelsea, I’m no longer afraid of having my teeth worked on.
Columbia view dental is a small organize dental office that does an amazing work. The staff are great people and always have a smile on their faces. Dr. Cullen is a great guy . He is honest with you and great person Inside and outside of work. I would recommend this place to any of my friends! They work with any kind of insurance!

I had an amazing experience at Columbia view dental. Dr. Cullen is that best! Amazing office staff, dental assistants, and hygienists. The dental care is top notch. If you have dental anxiety and keep putting off your dentist, please give them a shot!! Dr. Cullen is super gentle and will take great care of you, and most importantly he will listen to your needs. Not to mention his office has a great view, and is very clean and organized. Can’t say enough good things about this clinic. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.
